1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JamStreet application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Post content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Scrape, copy, or resell content or data from the Service without permission.
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
5. Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant JamStreet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to post your content and that it does not violate third-party rights.
6. Listings and Transactions
JamStreet provides tools for listings, reservations, and connections. Any transaction you make with another user is between you and that user. JamStreet is not a party to such transactions and is not liable for the conduct, items, or services of other users.
7. Verification and Business Accounts
Some features (such as verified badges and business tools) require additional review. Verification indicates that we have confirmed certain information; it is not an endorsement. We may revoke verification or business access at our discretion.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your account poses a risk to the Service or other users, or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time through the app.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JamStreet and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by other means. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
